Product Description

Somipack’s retort pouches or retort packaging roll film are constructed from varying grade films which are laminated together. Material structure includes high barrier material or microwaveable clear material, could withstand temperatures ranging from 120℃ to 135℃ and provides the moisture-proof, oxygen-proof, strength, toughness, puncture and burst resistance that enable them to withstand the strenuous retort process.
After packaging the food, the space occupied is smaller than that of the metal can, and the storage and transportation space can be fully utilized to save the storage cost. Due to the thinner retort pouch, the bacteria can reach the lethal temperature faster when heated, and the energy consumption is 30-40% less than that of the iron can.
